read me on modrinth page doesn't link to readme

The modrinth readme link is to http://readme.md/, not https://github.com/RelativityMC/C2ME-fabric/blob/ver/1.20.4/README.md

Looks like modrinth automatically made the README.md text a link. Now it is fixed.
