One or more of your mods is doing something very wrong causing these undebuggable problems. This is unlikely related to C2ME. Try reproduce with a minimum set of mods.

A bit late feedback: I think I may found the cause which is the smooth chunk saving( https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/smooth-chunk-save) had a conflict with c2me, after I removed it this crash never happened again so far.
