Structure did not generate

Error log from console showed
c2me-prioritized-1/ERROR No starting jigsaw minecraft:city_anchor found in start pool minecraft:ancient_city/city_center
Does this mean my Ancient City is gone since the chunks already generated?
Correction. Not c2me specifically but a combo of fabric performance mods that i have not been able to isolate. Any help welcome.
