Describe the bug
C2ME crashes with Distant Horizons Server-side.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Load in your server with DH and C2ME server side and client side (Singleplayer does not crash), get into creative and fly straight forward. Server will lock up after a few mins and crash.
Expected behavior
Should not crash
Screenshots
None, But Server says it assumes it has crashed due to no tick updates.
Runtime info (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 11
- Minecraft version: 1.21.5
- Mod version: Fabric version 0.3.3.0.0 release for 1.21.5

Checklist

Additional context
Issue started happening on 1.21.5, even on older versions of c2me.

So I tested again with only C2ME and DH installed serverside. Still crashes:

Try with DH only.
I started up a new server with only DH. I can confirm it does not crash.
I did some further testing and can also confirm the oldest public c2me on modrinth does crash with DH as well. It seems like it might have been a missed bug because as long as you are not moving too fast/flying, the server wont crash. Its when flying in creative for a while is when the crashes start.
I'm pretty sure it is DH unable to catch up with the chunk loading speed and explodes. It is a long standing issue on their side.
