This bug doesn't really do anything but whenever another mod makes it so the game cant load like another mod needing another mod it will show that C2ME needs another mod

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. have another mod make it so the game doesn't open and shows the crash reason screen
2. See that is says C2ME needs another mod

Expected behavior
It only shows that the other mod is failing
