Item Loss with Exporter

Mod: Cable Tiers
Mod Version: 1.2.2
Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Refined Storage Version: 1.12.4
Issue Description:
When exporting large amounts of items using the Exporter from the Cable Tiers mod, items are lost.
Example: 10,000 items are exported, but only about 9,000 items arrive.
This issue only occurs with the Exporter.
What Works Normally?
✅ Regular exporters from Refined Storage do not have this issue.
✅ The importer from Cable Tiers works fine.
❌ The Exporter from Cable Tiers causes the issue.
Steps to Reproduce:
Set up a Refined Storage system.
Store 10,000 items in the system.
Export the items into a large chest using a Mega Exporter from Cable Tiers.
Import the items back into the RS system using an Importer (e.g., Refined Storage Standard Importer).
Result: Fewer than 10,000 items are received back.
Expected Behavior:
All exported items should be correctly transferred and fully recovered upon re-import.
Additional Information:
This issue was tested on multiple RS systems.
Other exporters from the Refined Storage mod work without any problems.
Only the Exporter from Cable Tiers is affected.
