JEI integration issue with normal crafting in a flawless calculator

Using the flawless calculator in normal crafting mode. When shift-clicking a recipe in from JEI, the recipe gets messed up. It looks like the ingredients get shifted one to the left if the crafting grid is numbered 1-9, with the first ingredient going back to the player inventory.
