Have an option/feature that other mod developers can incorporate into their own mods to temporarily stop the head tilting when something else is going on. For instance, the Elytra.

I have the mod Do a Barrel Roll installed but when both mods are installed together, the screen jitters a lot when flying.

Alternatively, you could enable a config option to disable head tilting while a player is in Elytra flight mode.
