In 1.21. Icarus is currently available as version 4.0.0

You should be able to either use the 1.21.1 release on 1.21, or seamlessly update your MC from 1.21 to 1.21.1.

Any specific reason you're on 1.21 and not 1.21.1? Ideally yeah you'd just update to that version
