What do you want added or changed?

An option to capture square photos instead of just using the resolution of the minecraft window. Not sure if this is in the scope of the mod since I feel like this mod is trying to simulate a more "modern" camera but I do like the look square images aesthetically.

I think how some other mods do it is by taking the height of the mc window and using that as the dimensions for both height and width of the image. I'm not entirely sure though, I could be totally wrong.

Also, it may help to show some kind of guide to show what you're capturing the image. Attached are two mockups I made to give you an idea of what I mean. (I had to use pixel art cause that's the only way I know how to draw.) The white pixels at the bottom left and right are where you could put the date and paper amount respectively.

Also, to switch between the two (normal and square dimension), I think it could be done either via the config menu, a hotkey, both, or some other way.

Lastly I want to thank you again for creating this mod. It's really helped me immerse myself a lot more in my minecraft worlds :)

Ooo really interesting idea actually! Combined with the resolution config option this could open up to some interesting styles. I'll think about it a bit, but I might add this, I do like it!

Came here to second this suggestion. It would be nice for the option simply to have a photo take up a full block when placed. I resize my window when I take photos but it would be much much better to be able to take a square image to being with or even just be able to choose to display a 16:9 image as a square when customizing the placement. Thank you for the hard work. Love this mod so glad I found it.
