[Suggestion] Minor tweaks and configurable options

I want to say first off this has been a great mod so far, and has really helped in making a more immersive experience for my modpack thus far, but I would offer a couple suggestions that I would personally want to see.

  1. Limit campfires to logs, planks, and other wooden fuel sources with a whitelist to add additional fuel options - I bring this up because of the few times I accidentally tossed a bunch of fuel into a campfire by accident, and at one point watched an entire stack of blaze rods disappear into my fireplace when I dropped them during inventory management. That fire lasted near forever though.

  2. Configuration for campfires to go out in the rain unless they are set to burn forever - In particular to make it more realistic and to have an option to make survival based packs more difficult where campfires are important to have early on, especially with mods that add temperature mechanics or where progression relies on campfires to some degree.

  3. Configurable chance to break flint using the flint ignition - this comes up mainly because it feels like there's no penalty to using this method over a flint and steel to light campfires. Even when there's a chance it won't light it will eventually, for effectively no cost, making it a preferable method - as it means you're not using your flint and steel durability and can conserve resources a bit too well.

These are just some ideas I wanted to present after some observations and use while playtesting my current pack.
