Reproduction Steps

1. Install Globalgamerules mod
2. Open globalgamerules-common.toml and set spawn_radius = 10000 (Description: The number of blocks outward from the world spawn coordinates that a player spawns in when first joining a server or when dying without a personal spawnpoint)
3. /kill player
4. Stuck on respawn screen and takes a while for the player to respawn or just does not let you respawn after clicking respawn (In this case it did not let me respawn.)
