Problem1: atm it can cause issues like one that happened lately to me in blue skies where memory sometimes skipped a chest or entity.
Problem2: potentially has a few memory leaks
Problem3: issues with some of the processes needing to be cut.
Problem4: with compat with mods that alter memory

3.find the optimum processes or find examples to optimize

also any redstone optimizations should either be removed or shared with author of "Alternate Current"
