Please reference this and see what the author is potentially mentioning that you do that needs to be looked at to alleviate the issue.
At base, the modpack runs but upon generating new terrain that isn't just void the world will hang and freeze eternally. I had posted a bundle of debug logs to the other issue that you can lift and also a thread dump if it's helpful.
But the author says it's related to some changes your mod makes which collides with theirs and that turning off a specific feature would alleviate it.
