It's clear this user won't post any info, but I have the same problem, fixed by doing mixin.shapes=false

Mod list is the following:
modlist.txt

duplicate of #14, #22 and #13.
This issue happens only when the user forgot adding a library dependency for other mod or updating forge to the latest version.
