I'm lost because I do not know where to start searching for related issues.

This issue only occurs when in multiplayer on a dedicated server. If I have Canary on the server, this ticking entity error happens. When not installed, the server hangs or deadlocks.

The issue is not entirely Cannary's fault, but something happened, and I cannot find which mod is the cause of this.

ItemPhysic mod was the cause of this issue looks like. After disabling the mod, I did not encounter any issues.
