Crash does not happen if Canary isn't present
The creator of MehVahdJukaar believes this is an issue on Canary's side

can confirm, still happens with Supplementaries 3.1.11 and Canary 0.3.3 on MC 1.20.1

I can confirm this on latest version too, it's the VoxelShapes mixin tweak. For those who are looking here for a solution, put mixin.block.moving_block_shapes=false into your Canary config file, see the Canary configuration file page for any support doing so. Hopefully this can be fixed but this works too
