I am getting really bad lag spikes every half a second, when there's about 5 stacks of items on the floor.
This is on Hypixel skyblock, where the items are glowing.

This issue seems old. Can you confirm it in latest 1.17 build? (please specify the version if you do)

Does this happen with any items or specific items?

Does this specifically happen on hypixel or any multiplayer server (or single player)? If it's specific to a server please rename the issue accordingly. (Issues with servers modded with other than fabric might need to be dealt differently.)
