My folder doesn't contain Sodium, maybe it's some sort of cache? How can I fix it, or perhaps you can implement a cache cleaner in the next versions?
Try removing "tl_skin_cape_fabric". Stuck in loading screen is usually a conflict with other mod, mixin/dependency error, or both. I can't find that mod anywhere so I can't provide support for it.
Alternatively, remove cloth config, update fabric api, or update canvas. If none of that works you can reopen the issue.
