Renders incorrectly when using EMF + ETF

Describe the bug
The legs and arms are at the center of the body (in the preview) when using EMF and ETF compatible resource packs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Options
  2. Click on Skin Customization > Capes icon
  3. Renders only the top half of the player

Expected behavior
Renders the full player
