Describe the bug
The game auto reload resources packs and get stuck while launching.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install Minecraft 1.21 with Quilt Loader 0.26.0
2. Add Capes, 3D Skin Layers, Shoulder Surfing Reloaded and all dependencies to mods directory
3. Launch the game
4. Game will auto reload resources packs after progress bar reach the end, and it stuck. But GUI buttons are actully works, you just can't see them

Expected behavior
Game should'n reload resources packs and will not stuck
