Describe the bug
I don't even have this mod?!!! for some reason, this ugly cape is forced to be on me, even though I never installed "cicada". I have mine set to optifine. why?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. enable a cape
2. choose "optifine"
3. my optifine cape previews, but....
4. cape is forced to be the ugly "update cicada please" texture.

Expected behavior
why can't I wear my awesome optifine cape?? I'm the CEO of my modpack, so I don't want my cool cape to look like that 🤢

Context (please complete the following information):

• Minecraft version: 1.20.1
• Capes version: 1.5.2
• Mod list: essential, embeddium, chloride, etc.....
• Server: singleplayer

side note i'm using 1.20.1 forge, not fabric!!!

Have you confirmed that this is caused by Capes and not another mod? Possibly even a mod called CICADA. Even if you have not installed it, its a library so its probably bundled with another mod.

From the CICADA readme:

TO GET RID OF THE UGLY CAPE, UPDATE TO VERSION 0.13.1

This is a one-time update in order to avoid my servers getting accidentally DDoS'ed. If you do not see CICADA in your mods folder, but still get the cape, adding version 0.13.1 will STILL fix the issue.

it's only for fabric, I'm using forge on that modpack
