Cape options screen has an incorrect tab order

Buttons seem to be navigated in the following order:

  • Cape Selector
  • Toggle
  • Other
  • Cape Type
  • Done
  • Toggle Elytra
  • Toggle Player

This order does not seem natural, as I would expect the topmost and leftmost buttons to be focused first.
