Slopes in half-blocks. At least horizontal version (half-height and half-block + half-height slope).
Useful for e.g. roads, arcs in bridges
The easier version of #152. Support for two block types (#144) will be nice.
Bonus: horizontal half-slopes with rails (extending #176).
