I found a dupe with any carpenters block place-able (Torch, Lever, Button, Etc.) and you use a silktouch pickaxe/shovel on the block the carpenters torch, etc is attached to it will drop two of the item that is texturing the carpenters block.

Can't reproduce -- are you using the latest version?

Watched the video, and this is indeed old behavior. It is not reproducible in the latest builds and I think I remember fixing this a while back. The best you can do is manually update the mod in the pack.
