[Suggestion] Stacked Carpenters Barrier - add horizontal cross bracers with shift-left-click

The default, vanilla-fence-like carpenter's barrier uses Shift-Left-Click with the hammer to control the width of the horizontal planks, but the other barrier types don't seem to use this command.

The picket fence types have a horizontal cross bracer or cross bar along the top row of barriers, but if you stack two or more barriers high, all non-top barriers have no cross bars. This looks really weird at 3+ barriers high - I'd want more reinforcing anyways.

I propose using shift-left-click with the carpenter's hammer on one of these non-top Barriers would insert a cross-bracer so I can choose to have them braced at whatever interval I like (every row, every alternating row, top and bottom rows, some sort of artistic pattern, whatever.)

Sneak (shift) left-click is the default behavior for removing attributes from Carpenter's Blocks. Were you thinking of another way?

I can inspect this otherwise, but it seems like a lot of effort for something so small.
