After updating Infinity modpack to latest version on my server, there has been some problems with ownership.

If set to true everyone can edit their own blocks, but when set to false players can't edit even their own blocks.
In both cases op's are still able to edit all the blocks.

Server was updated by moving world folder from old install to new one.

I'm going to be starting a development build once more, which includes a fix for ownership... mostly. There is still one bug when changing an online-mode server to offline, but it's a client-side only bug and I don't expect it to be an issue in most cases.
