Thanks, but I've already gotten most of the rendering complete. Currently I am working on more advanced side covers than those found in 1.7.10.

Ok, why havent you posted your work on github? And how is it going, when do you think that you will be finished for a alpha release?

Because core functionality is not fully implemented yet. I will post up code once I am reasonably confident that no major changes to rendering or event code are needed.
