Can´t place Carpenter Blocks on Carpenter Half-Blocks

Hi,

Sorry for my bad English, I´m from Germany :)

I play on 1.7.10 with Carpenter's Blocks 3.3.8.1 and i can´t place Carpenter Blocks on Carpenter Half-Blocks but at Carpenter's Blocks v3.3.7 it works.

Can you fix this issue please ?

I think another user fixed this -- I will check the latest commits and get a hotfix release out if that is the case. Otherwise, I will look into fixing it when I have time.
