So this error doesent occur when I'm on curse same mod same config same everything but happens with technic.

(There is another mod with same error but it works fine and there is no conflict I think)

It looks like the bed texture cache is failing to generate on startup. I can't say why this is happening exactly, but the file you're needing to generate would typically be found here:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\mods\carpentersblocks\CarpentersBlocksCachedResources.zip

I have seen it included in the FTB server packages -- if you're just needing to grab a copy. Otherwise, someone else might need to chime in since I'm not too familiar with the different loaders and how they impact this sort of thing.

Hmmm... I'll take a look in a bit. It's saying file is not found so maybe it's just a path issue.
