I have been using Carpenters blocks for about 2 months now and have loved it. It is a fantastic mod, but something that just happened about a week ago out of the blue the carpenters blocks are a darker shade than the vanilla blocks around them. for example, i can put a carpenters block down next to a spruce wood block. it looks fine, but when i match the carpenter block with the spruce wood block, the carpenter block now is very dark in color.

You must have added a mod that alters vanilla lighting. If you notice, none of the regular blocks have any shading at all. That's a bug introduced by a mod. The bug doesn't propagate to my blocks because I use my own render classes.

That makes sense. I'll figure out what mod did it. Thank you for the quick reply
