How to reproduce:

1. Fill dispenser with crimson fungus

2. Place hoglin in front of dispenser in a 2x2 box so that the hoglin's hitboxis in front of the dispenser all the time (press f3 + b to confirm the hitbox is inside the correct block)

3. Put dispenser on a clock

(Compare to something that works e.g. wheat with cow)
