Barrels aren't placed with the correct orientation with the tweakAccurateBlockPlacement and the carpetAccuratePlacementProtocol tweaks from tweakeroo turned enabled, and with the accurateBlockPlacement setting from carpet-extra turned on. In singleplayer it does work.

I believe this has been fixed in latest release, feel free to comment or open a new issue if it's not.

rather than creating a new issue on this, i recommend commenting on #169, as it covers all blocks not added by the carpet extra rule
