Specifically, I am trying to autocraft the gunpowder blocks from Charm.

Roughly Enough Items recognizes the recipe from Charm. EasierCrafting recognizes the recipe as well. So I'm guessing it's not the way that Charm has implemented the recipe, but with Carpets inability to recognize recipes added by mods?
