Since there is dispenserpotsplants now and the potted plant chunkloader it would be beneficial to be able to take out the flowers again for a toggleable chunkloading System

My idea for this would be that a empty
Dispenser facing into a pot With Flower in it it would take it out again when powered
*should Just extend dispenserpotsplants and Not be its own rule i guess
