blocks being spit (in item drop form) out of dispensers that have blocks in front of them.

Blocks being spit out of dispensers that have blocks in front of them. I'm using latest Carpet Mod build and DispensersPlaceBlocks
QuickCarpet does not do this it just stops spitting out the blocks until it's got room to place the next one
