Renewable wither skeletons is a really cool feature, but I feel like it could be expanded with some more options. Those options could include:

1. Burning in Lava
2. Staying in the nether for a certain amount of time
3. Withering away
   It would also be cool to have an option for wither skeletons keeping their bows when they transform.
