1.9 to 22w12a Render Distance Hotkey Cycler, and the reason I think it would be good to reintroduce via carpet fixes
Reintroduce the render distance cycling hotkeys post 22w12a. this use to be a feature 1.9 to 22w12a and was removed due to an exploit in relation to seeing entities through walls when holding down either increasing or decreasing ur render distance.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to see the debug cycling render distance hotkeys reintroduced. however, have a option scale depending on context. 0 would be (obviously) the default, and be the disabled option. 1 would reintroduce the feature pre 22w12a, and 2 would reintroduce it, however adding a fix to it. maybe adding a delay would do something? or maybe it would block entity rendering whilst when increasing or decreasing render distance values.
