Cannot Craft Suspicious Stew with optimizedRecipeManager turned on

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. turn on Rule
  2. try to craft suspicious stew in the player inventory

Expected behavior
Craft Suspicious Stew
