Bug description
开启该功能后聊天信息长度上限仍然是256
客户端与服务端都安装了，单人存档也一样
Steps to reproduce
- 创建一个世界
- 输入指令/carpet chatMessageLengthLimitUnlocked true
- 尝试发送超过256字节的消息/指令
Expected behavior
成功发送
Actual behavior
无法输入256字节以外的任何内容
