大木桶无法在1.21.4 正常使用

Bug description
当我在1.21.4使用 大木桶的指令时，无法正常使用。
Steps to reproduce
开启大木桶指令后，而且永久开启后，将两个木桶连在一起（满足头尾相连）还是只能是单个木桶的打开界面
