When riding a moderately good horse on a vanilla server you often rubberband when going up stairs, with the problem getting worse the better horse you have.

I suggest that AntiCheatDisabled should loosen restrictions on horse movement, as it fits with the other changes the command already makes.

I decided to make this, and a collection of other horse releated tweaks into my own mod
