Add option to enable using default carpet settings for dedicated servers #591
I create worlds a lot on my server I use to play with friends, having the option disabled with no way to enable it is inconvenient

I would also like this to be fixed. In addition, I think you should be able to have default scripts that are added to ever new world. This is also for my SMP server, and having default rules/scripts would save time and effort.
