Carpet server not working

I want to install carpet on my server. My server is running 1.15.2 and I believe I have installed fabric successfully on my server. I also believe that I have got the right carpet.jar in my mods folder. For some reason absolutely nothing different happens when I boot up my server. No commands, no nothing. I must be doing something wrong please help me.
