Is there a way to set a different mob cap for only One dimensioni?

I mean when i do /spawn mobcap set the mod modifies the mobcap for all dimensions. Is there a way to do It for Just the overworld?

Actually, the mobcap of different dimensions is independent.
eg. dimension-mobcap = dimension-player-amount * 70
