this somehow increases the amount of xp you pick up. you can basically kill the ender dragon an get 240 levels from 0.
having this feature disabled makes everything go back to normal.
i believe this is an unintended feature and it should be fixed

i disabled all of my mods except for carpet and enabled the rule - now everything is working how it should
