Ender Dragon Respawn Ritual happens despite ticks being frozen.

After executing "/tick freeze", when I place the final end crystal on the end exit portal, the respawn process happens despite the game being frozen.
I think you can see it pretty clearly in the video. I interrupted the respawn manually.
