The command "/player xxx use" not work on some certain coordinates.

Some detail informations may help:

1. As you can see, "/player xxx use" failed when the container is here but it works when the contaienr is there.
2. Only "/player xxx use" failed. "/player xxx move|attack" still works.
3. Change fake user's name doesn't help.
4. Run "/player xxx use" on server console doesn't help.
5. But when I shadow myself and run "/player <my_name> use", it will work.
6. I create another server and a new world, reset "level-type" to "normal", doesn't help.
