every time I will use "/tick", Minecraft's tick rate will change instead of the Carpets "/tick"

please make the command "//tick" instead

You can just run /carpet smoothClientAnimations false

yeah, the old /tick is no longer used. Vanilla /tick albeit cut down is much better. Do what CommandLeo says for extra back compat
