Suggestion: API function to query and modify entity's absorption level

Self-explanatory. query(e, 'absorption') and modify(e, 'absorption', number) should work basically the same way as the corresponding functions as health, except they act on the absorption health of an entity (yellow hearts above health bar in HUD).
